Ingredients

  • 1 Hass avocado
  • 1t Ground Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 2T Finely diced Vidalia Sweet Onion
  • ½ Jalapeno diced
  • 1 Small Tomato diced into small squares
  • 2T Chopped Cilantro
  • 1T Lime Juice

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh out of their shells into a large bowl.

With a dining table knife, slice the avocados into fairly thick ½ inch squares.

Sprinkle the sea salt and let it sit for 5 minutes

Add all of the other ingredients (without mixing them), and place in the refrigerator for 10 – 15 minutes

Mix all of the ingredients and let it rest for 5 minutes or more before serving.
