- 1 Hass avocado
- 1t Ground Himalayan Pink Salt
- 2T Finely diced Vidalia Sweet Onion
- ½ Jalapeno diced
- 1 Small Tomato diced into small squares
- 2T Chopped Cilantro
- 1T Lime Juice
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh out of their shells into a large bowl.
With a dining table knife, slice the avocados into fairly thick ½ inch squares.
Sprinkle the sea salt and let it sit for 5 minutes
Add all of the other ingredients (without mixing them), and place in the refrigerator for 10 – 15 minutes
Mix all of the ingredients and let it rest for 5 minutes or more before serving.
